All sports bets are settled according to the official result announced by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market. For bandar bola (football betting) markets, if a match is abandoned, bets are typically void unless the match is replayed within 48 hours. Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets require the full match to be completed for settlement. Mix parlay accumulator bets void entirely if any single selection is void.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance after fulfilling any outstanding wagering requirements. Pending bets will be settled before final balance calculation. If you have an active bonus at the time of closure, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
